FOUNDER & CEO
A proven leader in workforce development consulting with an emphasis in recruiting and retention strategy, Brian has more than 20 years of experience with executive recruiting, business development, staffing, management, and operations for large entities and employers across Alabama and the United States.
Brian’s recent focus has been large scale workforce development projects for both public and private sector client with annual staffing budgets in excess of $25 million. He specializes in staff acquisition and designing screening processes to ensure qualified staff procurement for long term success.

As Director of Operations at Bateh Group, Allie has over five years of experience in workforce consulting and recruitment design. Allie has a proven track record of coordinating successful recruitment and workforce retention projects at scale. With her solid understanding of the recruiting cycle and expertise in recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems, Allie provides workforce analytics and recruiting insights that clients can turn into meaningful actions. In 2021, Allie was recognized as a leader in Workforce Development by the Birmingham Business Journal.
